Our Story
I have always had an entrepreneurial sprit, even at a young age. I used to want to sell meals out of my mother’s kitchen when i was just a teen. While i was following my dream of being a chef, I was fortunate enough to be able to work in many sectors of the trade; hotel, restaurants, catering and even partnering as the chef in a paleo meal delivery business.
I recently relocated to Austin to be closer to my family, but i found myself back to my normal hectic chef hours with no time to cook quality meals for them. I sought to buy prepared meals from the local supermarket and found that online platforms focused solely on diet foods. We had tried it all, but we were always left disappointed.
Knowing that I could do it better, that same entrepreneurial spirit has been rekindled with a meal experience that focuses on quality, flavor and most of all: no diet plans.
